Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows and becomes a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance.  Best coffee beans 1kg  is a cup that can be consumed by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee as this can cause unpleasant elements to appear in the cup.

The cocoa hints can be traced back to a winters afternoon spent on the couch with an enjoyable book and a warm hug from the family. Make sure to heat your French Press by using water that isn't yet at the boiling point. This is recommended to stop the coffee from over extracting and forming unwanted elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that has just been boiled. Steep for 4 minutes before letting it plunge and then enjoy.
